I had the chance to see this movie at its premiere, and I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for it, because it was really mediocre. Vulgarity is everywhere, which wouldn’t be a problem if there was even a little bit of subtlety, but no, it’s just vulgarity for the sake of vulgarity, probably with the intention of pleasing a certain type of audience.
In short, there’s not much to say about this French comedy
Sure, Michèle Laroque and Gérard Darmon are experienced actors who have nothing left to prove, but what did they do in this disaster? A pleasant surprise, however, is the lead actor, whom I didn’t know before, but he gives a solid performance and adds a little value to the film.
